I am a Chartered HR professional and experienced HR Director with over 20 years HR experience in commercial businesses before starting my own business, Headland HR, in March 2022.
I am passionate about providing practical and sound advice for businesses of all shapes and sizes, and organisations across all sectors. With a rich background in various industries, and a strong understanding of complex SME and large business environments, I can quickly adapt to suit your needs and I can help with both operational and strategic HR.
I am a CMC Registered Mediator for Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation with a passion for resolving conflict and disputes, and a Certified Coach working with new and future leaders on their journey into senior leadership, having taken this path myself.
