At Headland HR we are passionate about providing practical and sound advice to businesses which may not have a full time HR Director or an established HR team. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes and this is one of things we love about what we do.
In addition to HR, we can also work with you to develop your leadership teams and succession plans through Coaching, and help resolve conflict and disputes through Mediation.
All of our services are grounded in the best training and qualifications, as this is important to us, so you can be assured that you will receive the very best quality of service.

As a Chartered HR professional and experienced HR Director, I am passionate about providing practical and sound advice for businesses. With a rich background in various industries, and a strong understanding of complex SME and large business environments, I can quickly adapt to suit your needs. For me it is important that HR is an enabler of your business goals and I can advise on all aspects of HR.
