With over 20 years’ experience working in HR for commercial businesses in the Marine, Telecommunications / Defence, Retail and Engineering sectors, Rebecca has a strong understanding of people and how to navigate sensitive and difficult situations to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

 

Rebecca has mediated in cases including commercial contract disputes, boundary / party wall disputes, contentious probate disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, breach of contract, business owner disputes, and various workplace and employment disputes.
